The industrial landscape of the Kingdom is changing — and, necessarily, for the better.
Sustainability
AKFAL recognises that to succeed in today's market, sustainability has to be built into how a company operates rather than reported on afterwards. Our aim is to integrate the environmental, social and economic dimensions of sustainability into our core business decisions — how we source, how we transport, how we manage waste and how we run our camps.
We define corporate social responsibility as the continuing commitment to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of our workforce, their families, and the local community.
Saudi Vision 2030
Vision 2030 sets out an ambitious blueprint for a diversified national economy with a substantially larger private sector. AKFAL's development plan is aligned with that agenda in the areas where an industrial services company can make a real contribution.
- Increasing private-sector contribution to national GDP
- Growing the role of SMEs in the industrial supply chain
- Reducing unemployment through the training and hiring of Saudi nationals
- Localising the supply of industrial materials and services within the Kingdom
Where We Are Investing
Our near-term development is focused on deepening technical capability rather than widening scope: expanded workshop capacity for rotating equipment, a larger certified rental fleet, structured training pathways for Saudi technicians, and digital systems that give clients visibility of their manpower, equipment and material orders in real time.
